Your photos will be returned to you, however we can not be held responsible for photos lost or damaged in the mail. We strongly suggest sending duplicates if you can not easily replace your photos.
If sending more than one photo, please list on a piece of paper, which photos are to be printed on which products. Please do not write on the back of the photo.

Do I need to purchase the products before I send the photos?
Yes, you need to purchase the products before sending your photos, Should we have questions or concerns about your photos, we will contact you before proceeding with your order.
I would like to include several photos on my product. Is this possible?
Yes, however, we will not cut and paste around people and pets to create a single photo look. What we can do is crop the photos and positioned them on the product as to make the best looking product.
Will it cost more to add 2 or more photos to the product?
We are glad to add the 2nd photo to you product at no cost. However, for 3 or more photos added to one product, you need to add an additional $4 per photo. We can arrange with you how to make the additional payment before your place your order.
What else will you do to enhance my photos?
We will try to enhance your photos the best we can with brightness and contrast. However, we can not fix red eye, low resolution, blurry or bad photos. Close-ups and images with bright colors will produce the best results. At our discretion, we reserve the right to refuse reproduction of submitted photos should they be licensed, copyrighted, or deemed inappropriate for language, content or material.
What size photos can I send?
4" x 6", 5" x 7" or 8" x 10" will work great. Please do not send wallet size or smaller or photos taken from a cell phone. |
